Happy Thanksgiving! I don’t know about you but I’m going to load up on Turkey Dark meat and potatoes with butter and raw veggies on T-Day! I will forgo the stuffing (wheat and Gluten), Pumpkin Pie and the High Fructose (poison) cranberries….
Here is the blockbuster newsletter that I have warned some of you about. This information has been known for years! Sadly, most medical professionals are unaware of this.

Doctors Mercola, Furman, Gary Null, Permutter and Amen are regulars on PBS (Public Broadcasting System) TV.
Their CDs and books can be easily obtained and they have reversed (mitigated at the very least) Alzheimer’s in seniors, Attention Deficit disorders, behavioral problems in children, Depression, M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis) and all kinds of seizures.
I am going to share with you the basic, sure fire methodology:
1) Remove Gluten from the diet. Gluten is not digested in the body and causes inflammation in the cells, and that means the brain cells also. In some cases this alone will work! Wheat, Barley and Rye have “Gluten.”
2) Remove grains from the diet and sugar in all its forms. At the very least; greatly dial it back. Some old fashioned oats won’t hurt on occasion. Reduce carbohydrates to no more than 50 grams (or less) per day. Check with your doctor, but I never do….
3) Get the body into a state of Ketosis where it burns fat, instead of Glucose. Fresh Avocados, Pure Organic, unrefined coconut oil and Wild Caught Salmon just to name a few should be incorporated into the diet. You could also use eggs and Pasture fed butter.
WHY THIS WORKS IN MOST INDIVIDUALS:
People young and old with onset mental illness (including depression) and Dementia: The cells become resistant to Glucose and brain cells start to slowly die off. Quality fats will immediately feed those brain cells when you are in a state of Ketosis. Brain cells that are in a weak state will take up fats like a sponge. By the way; Magnesium deficiency is one of the main causes for Depression and other onset mental issues.
PS Many meds, especially senior meds deplete the all important Magnesium in the body!
